The bridge between Malaysian talent and China's technology frontier.
JIOS Consulting designs and delivers AI, robotics, electric vehicle and data-centre training programmes across Malaysia and China — for government agencies, universities, TVET institutions, and business leaders building the next generation of technical talent.
A formal bridge, not a one-off trip.
JIOS Consulting Sdn Bhd has worked as an official Alibaba Group partner since 2017, running AI and robotics leadership immersion programmes out of Hangzhou for Malaysian entrepreneurs, executives and students.
We are now the official strategic industry partner of the Malaysia China Institute (MCI), working alongside MCI, MARA and Chinese vocational universities to design curriculum-based training pathways that give Malaysian students structured, certified, hands-on exposure to China's AI, EV and advanced-manufacturing industries — not a study tour, but a talent-development pipeline built with the institutions that fund and place graduates.

Data Centre Academy
Developed with TVETMARA Besut — Malaysia's first real-time data-centre infrastructure simulation and training academy. Students learn by operating, failing and recovering live systems, not by reading a manual.
Live fault simulation. Instructors inject real electrical, cooling and mechanical faults — utility power loss, UPS battery failure, chiller pump failure, fire suppression triggers — into a Tier-3-ready facility, and students diagnose and recover the system.
A working command centre. Students monitor and control the facility through the same DCIM, BMS and SCADA platforms used in commercial data centres, with real-time alarms, temperature mapping and asset management.
Three training modes. Beginner (guided, step-by-step), Intermediate (independent root-cause analysis), and Expert (multi-scenario coordination under simultaneous faults).
Built for national scale. Positioned to help close Malaysia's growing data-centre workforce gap as the country expands toward becoming an ASEAN data-centre hub.
Strategic & leadership roles
Data centre managers, cloud infrastructure engineers, cybersecurity specialists — capacity planning, reliability strategy and compliance.
Critical decision-makers
Electrical, HVAC, BMS, DCIM and network infrastructure engineers responsible for root-cause analysis and system commissioning.
Backbone of the data centre
LV electrical, UPS, switchgear, HVAC and facilities technicians running preventive maintenance, monitoring and shift operations.
Data Centre Safety Passport (DCSP) — a national safety credential jointly certified by MARA and Telekom Malaysia, covering electrical & high-voltage safety, cooling system safety, fire & emergency response, and operational safety.
How institutions work with us
Every programme is built jointly with the funding body, the host institution in China, and MCI — not sold off a shelf.
Consultation
We align on objectives, target cohort, and the appropriate funding pathway — MARA, Ministry of Education, or a corporate sponsor.
Curriculum & partner design
JIOS, MCI and the host institution jointly design the module structure, schedule and certification pathway.
Delivery
Cohorts travel to the host campus in China, or train locally at the Data Centre Academy in Besut, Malaysia.
Certification & outcomes
Joint certification is issued, with internship or job-placement pathways where the programme includes one.
Let's design your programme.
Whether you're a government agency exploring a funded MARA–MCI pathway, an institution looking to send students to China, or a business leader planning an immersion trip — we'll help you scope the right track.
